Pros

Great kids Lovely area Super supportive parents The children have loads of opportunities The school is pretty organised The school dog is actually a cutie.

Cons

Toxic management. High turnover of staff Large workload expectations. Ups teachers are expected to move heaven and earth After school clubs are expected Many ECTs don’t last the year Many staff that leave either quit teaching altogether or flee the country. You will get teaching PSTD.
