Pros

Trust seem to be taking seriously the issues in the school and have bought in a big (actually 5'6") beast from another school in the trust Some students who genuinely want to do well

Cons

Behaviour is outrageous, drugs, student riots / whole class walkoits Non existent sanctions because they feel sorry for the little blighters Classrooms with leaks in the roof Entire department turnover this year. A MAT subject directors installed as jobs for mates HoY as non-teachers to save a few quid to feather a few SLT beds
