Pros

Amazing teaching staff and support staff. Fantastic children. A very special environment to work within as long as your not an SLT member. Ethos of the school is an amazing one that really doesn't exist elsewhere. Would send my own children to the setting.

Cons

Wouldn't recommend slt roles.
