Cons

One of the most disorganised places I have ever had the misfortune of working. The SLT are at best incompetent, at worse toxic. The school is rife with miscommunication. Policies are regularly chopped and changed at the last minute. Leadership have a habit of talking at front line teachers but have no interest in listening to feedback. I would strongly advise people to find another place to work!
