Nice building Staff are nice

Cons

Head teacher is very blatant with her dislike of ethnic minority teachers. Comments she makes are very loose and has made many staff feel uncomfortable. Her senior team is now all mono cultural in a school with very diverse students and the exclusion rates of ethnic students is through the roof. Staff thought the last head teacher was questionable but she is bad beyond belief and racist. She will end up saying something one day which someone will not take sitting down. She has also bullied many staff out as well.

Nice new buildings and great facilities. Lovely department and staff Some lovely students

Cons

Be wary of the head. She will make your life a misery if she takes against you. Behaviour policy is weak and students know this so low level behaviour problem is big.
