SLT are the worst I’ve encountered in a long career. Divisive, ineffective and unsupportive. Complaints never get dealt with; the good staff leave and the questionable stay. Again - do not work here.

Students behave in a way that enables you to teach.
Cons
Management do not care about staff well-being. They have created a clear divide between them and the rest of the staff. They do not support or protect their staff and constantly look for ways to berate their teachers. SLT are not interested in hearing from any other opposing views... What they say goes to the detriment of staff. This school went drastically downhill under the new leadership.
