Pros

Students are generally well behaved compared to others in the region. One extra PPA.

Cons

Lot of admin tasks for teachers to complete. Short notice requests and expectations. Any of your PPA can be used for cover. Working hours are longer than in most schools. Some of your lunch time can be used to supervise students during wet lunch. Management strategy used for teachers is similar to ones used with students.
