Pros

Lovely surroundings and wonderful staff and students, Full autonomy to teach and you are treated like a professional. Food and drinks provided. Interesting, unique and talented staff. Historical gem with biodiversity galore.

Cons

If you don’t like it here, you need to get out of teaching. It doesn’t get better than this.
