Pros

Teachers and support staff are lovely, hardworking and genuine people.

Cons

Very high turn over of staff due to being unhappy and very under appreciated. Staff well-being is never considered by SLT. Behaviour of students is poor due to behaviour policy and SEN support is minimal.

Pros

Some children are nice. Staff that work here tend to be very nice, even though they don’t last long.

Cons

Everything. Toxic working environment with an egotistical, narcissistic headteacher who bullies and belittles staff. Most people leave here as shells of their former self and too much goes unchallenged. None to little support from senior leadership in regards to bad behaviour and SEN children. Staff approach management with a problem and are gaslit and patronised into thinking they are the problem. Ridiculous turn over of staff.
