Caring and supportive colleagues

Cons

The headteacher teacher is a bully. She threatens people with support plans and capabilities in order to leave school. The curriculum is old and SLTs refuse to take action and changes. No work life balance as the management loves seeing people work from 7am until 6pm. You get told off if you get caught leaving a 4pm. Policies are not follow ed.
