Double standards Different rules for different teachers and the school lacks diversity between staff. Intimidation & Punishment Teachers work in an environment in which they are afraid to speak up about concerns for fear of retaliation from the leadership team – or even from fellow teachers. Unsafe behaviour Unsafe behaviour comes in many forms at this school such as lying, gossiping, tattletale, bullying or passive-aggressiveness. Intimidating evaluations Evaluations never offer constructive examples of ways teachers should improve as well as affirmation of teacher strengths. Evaluations at this school bring teachers to tears aren’t helpful or healthy. The principal doesn’t value employees at all and there's no praise for your accomplishments.
