"Fantastic school"
Pros
Fantastic, supportive and welcoming team. An incredibly strong and knowledgeable SLT who are professional, approachable and will endeavour to help where they can. The place is a well oiled machine which has a deeply rooted positive culture. Staff do their jobs incredibly well and consequently it is a very happy place to be. Fantastic use of IT and IT support. Well staffed, ensuring people get time. Staff wellbeing is genuinely considered and there have been numerous considerations and changes to facilitate a healthy work/ life balance.
Cons
Rare for jobs to come up. Pressure from parents seems more than other areas due to affluent location.
