Pros

New leadership has been transformational. The head is really caring and works hard on staff having a work-life balance. There is an open door policy. Children are lovely, very very few behaviour problems. When there are SLT are really supportive. There is a food tech room and science lab.

A small number of parents are a bit feisty.

I worked here for ten years plus and I was happy untill certain members of staff became senior management leaders. I was constantly picked on and bullied by the senior management team ie assistant heads/deputies and they made my life very miserable that till today I still feel suicidal. My advice to you is do not ever work here unless you want to ruin your life forever - I hope the SLT team get caught for doing absolutely nothing/ inflating results and targets of children and justice is served.
