Wonderful children and teachers work very hard doing an amazing job. Building nice with good staff room.
Cons
A dictatorship. People disappear (there one day gone the next, never to reappear) careers ruined. Work life balance shocking and led from the top. No encouragement for creativity and grow a thick skin as you can expect to be criticised and commented on, occasionally shouted at. Culture of fear where staff are scared to complain or question through fear of reprisal.
