State of the art new building
Cons
Massively toxic environment and the school is run purely on a business model. SLT have absolutely no regard for staff welfare and anyone on UPS is regarded as too expensive and a drain on resources. SLT insist that teachers are not just moved between year groups but schools within the academy trust so there is no guarantee where you'll be sent to the following year, making it impossible to build relationships with either colleagues or families. New recruits are all ECTs. Avoid at all costs!.
