Pros

For this short period of time I cannot point any pros. They even lack resources.

Cons

My review about the school is not positive at all. I was booked for 4 weeks to work in the school but after the first week I had to self-isolate due to two people having Coronavirus. First, I wasn't given information who the people were to keep their privacy. Second, my payment for that period was not respected. The school expected me to keep my booking and do the work I was booked for. But they didn't respect their part of the deal. This left me with no pay for two weeks. For this reason I can't give the school more than 1 star.

Pros

A huge school with lovely buildings. Classrooms are spacious.

Cons

Ever since the new head came in almost four years ago, staff mobility has spiralled. Not a happy school to be in, staff are over worked and unappreciated. No scope for advancement. Disruptive behaviour is out of control. The SLT operates a lock door policy - they don't want to know. The office manager is rude and disrespectful. Many new teacher leave within six-one year. No support given.
