- Pretty new building. - Decent NQT support for first term of NQT year.

Cons

- New build, while flashy, is unfortunately is nearly impossible to actually teach in. - Crammed schedule with few planning periods that are nearly always filled with cover lessons. - Less than zero support for mental health issues directly connected to job stress and workload - more than one teacher was fired for taking leave for depression, anxiety, migraines, etc. - Behaviour is appalling and students know there are no real consequences for their actions. SLT frequently undermines teachers in front of students. - SLT rarely, if ever, teach younger years, preferring to focus on the few students advanced enough to make it into their high-set GCSE groups. - Severe lack of support for students struggling with illiteracy (conservative estimate: about 20% are functionally illiterate) and with emotional/mental health problems such as bullying, rage, and self-mutilation.
