Pros
Empty staff room, so you can read during your lunchtime and further compound your feelings of isolation. Fully reactionary management so you can be sure the hose is always dousing staff.
Cons
Management are lazy and fail to protect staff from objectification culture. Accusations of sexual harassment are regularly made by students and staff and aren't dealt with. Don't work here if you want to remain a teacher: 2 teachers quit teaching last year after reasons above and 1 seasoned teacher moved on after 1 month due to a student abuse claim.
