Pros
The building is beautiful with great views over Birmingham. Freedom to plan how you want.
Cons
Staff are rude and unapproachable. There is no behaviour policy meaning students have lots of opportunities to be rude and it can go unchallenged. When asked head of department about using a behaviour policy, was dismissed and told there were no behaviour issues at the school. When offered the job at the school, I was offered a clear role focusing on T&L, when I started, the head of department used me for all the tasks she did not want to do. I do not believe this is a good school, it has an unpleasant atmosphere and the 50 point for staff well-being are not put in place at all.
