What a joke! What pros?

Cons

Lack of consistency from Headteacher. Behaviour policy is a joke. No one listens to you or gives a crap about wellbeing.

Pros

Beautiful grounds, new building, some nice staff, well behaved children, good SEN support

Cons

Head Teacher are so inconsistent with behaviour, parents and staff. If they like the person they treat them better or don't punish the child. Deputy Head is a power hungry bitch who will step over anyone to get what she wants. Workload is too much and the Head and Deputy don't care. They're hypocrites too.
