The staff seem friendly enough

Cons

Shabby old buildings. Grounds are too big and gives children places to hide and refuse to come in from break. Behaviour is appalling and it’s clear the strategy of pom-poms doesn’t work. Have worked here as a supply teacher and I would never apply for a permanent job there.

Pros

Beautiful grounds, most KS1 staff were lovely.

Cons

Certain people have been allowed to get too big for their boots, the SLT strut around school giving orders out. No support, staff moral is so low. This is shown in high staff turnover. Awful academy trust that don’t care about the staff or their wellbeing.

Pros

Lovely grounds and ks1 staff are nice. Good if you’re an NQT. Will be supported. Nice children and parents.

Cons

Main entrance in a weird place. Don’t apply if you’re any higher than NQT. Constantly stating they have no budget but can always afford supply. HT will take parents side over staff. TAs are shared and not valued. Ks2 is a clique.
