Classrooms are a good size
Cons
No work life balance, insanely long school days, constant micromanagement, high marking load, terrible behaviour, compulsory training days in August (even though you're contracted from September), obsession with appearing to be 'outstanding' (visitors will never be allowed to see the reality).
